Tonight we are looking forward to a home grown supper.......
Harvesting our first potatoes of the season
Together with a selection of fresh lettuce and herbs from my new raised beds.
I think a nice quiche made with our hen's eggs to finish it off.
Must go, the boys are hungry.

Isn't it exciting! I love using the produce from my garden, especially when there are two or more things ready at the same time. Yesterday I made a huge batch of basil pesto to freeze. Love it! Enjoy your dinner. :-)
