A new sideboard arrived today, I have had this on order for about 3 months. It is oak and has been shipped for somewhere in Europe. Filled now with china and glasses, much needed space in my cluttered life.
Another addition are the new doors leading to our conservatory. We have been without
anything here for about a year now. Our original plan was to take down the horrible U
PVC sliding patio doors and have a much more open plan living space. Fine in the summer but
absolutely freezing in the winter. This has
dragged on for far too long. Not being able to decide what to replace the doors with, finally, we have made a choice and gone for solid wood/double glazed doors. The transformation is wonderful, they look good and blend in with the rest of the decor, and the best part is the warmth in the kitchen/
dining room. It is almost tropical.......
